Boarding Instructions
Please take a moment to review the following instructions before bringing your dog to us for boarding.
Bring enough food for your dog’s entire stay with us. In the event that enough food has not been provided, we will
provide food at a cost of $1.00 for up to one cup and $2.00 for up to two cups per feeding. Please note that we
will do our best to provide the same brand of food that your dog consumes, however, this is not possible at all
times. Changing your dogs diet during boarding may cause an upset stomach, which may lead to diarrhea.
All dogs MUST be socialized and get along with other dogs. We cannot accept dogs that are aggressive, have
previously bitten anyone or any other dog or that cannot get along with other dogs. This is a cage-free
environment and all dogs must get along for everyone’s safety, as your dog will be in our daycare environment
during the day.
Vaccinations must be current at least 24 hours prior to your dogs’ arrival. Bordetella vaccine must be done 10
days prior for it to be effective in the prevention of Kennel Cough. A negative fecal test must also be proven
within 30 days prior to your dog’s arrival for adult dogs and 5 days prior for puppies under 5 months.
Our hours are: Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 2:00pm
Saturday - 11:30 am - 1:00pm for pickup/drop-off only.
Sunday - 11:30 am - 1:00pm for pickup/drop-off only.
unless prior arrangements with management have been made
Rates: First dog - $35.00 per 24 hour period (this includes daycare fees.) $2.50 per hour after that.
Second dog - $22.50 if boarded in the same room. $2.00 per hour after that.
For boarding of 1 dog over 7 nights, the 8th night is free.
We will evaluate your dog to see if they would be more comfortable in a suite or a kennel. Believe
it or not, most dogs actually do better in kennels. They like it if they are closer to their friends rather
than being alone in a room.
Our kennels are a very spacious 5' x 5'. They even have gates between them that can be opened to 5'
x 10' and can accommodate 2 dogs comfortably.
But if your dog is like mine, no kennel would be large enough. My Alex suffers from severe crate
anxiety so it is necessary for her to have a suite.
If your dog suffers from crate anxiety or you just want him/her to be guaranteed a suite, let us know
when you make your reservation. There will be a $10.00 per night additional charge.
We cannot accommodate visits that exceed 14 nights unless special arrangements have been made.
$75.00 deposit is required to reserve your room for visits up to 3 days.
50% deposit is required to reserve your room for visits over 3 days.
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Checks will be accepted for deposit only.
Cancellations - 48 hour notice is required. Deposit will not be refunded for any cancellations made within
48 hours of the agreed drop-off time.
As owner of the above said pet, I hereby consent to emergency medical care as prescribed by a duly licensed
veterinarian. This care may be given under whatever conditions are necessary to preserve life, limb and/or the
well being of my pet.

Thank you for allowing us to care for your best friend. It will be a privilege. If there is anything else that we can
do to make your dogs stay with us more comfortable, please do not hesitate to ask us. We want your dog’s
experience here to be as stress-free as possible and for him/her to feel as if they were at home. We appreciate
your business and hope that you have a safe trip wherever your destination may be.
